We all experience points in our lives that can be challenging to manage. Conflict, traumatic events, loss, life transitions and stress can impact us. When these challenges impact our daily functioning, mood and relationships, psychotherapy can help to process our individual experiences while being supported without judgment.
As a psychotherapist the most important thing I can do is listen. I will provide a safe space for you to share your story, where you are now and most importantly where you want to be. I use a holistic approach, providing trauma informed care in a warm and empathetic way.
My passion is to encourage people in their personal self growth journey and work with them through the various challenges life throws at them.

Interests
Baking from scratch, specifically cinnamon buns! Baking from scratch gives me a sense of accomplishment, the sensory play brings me ease and calmness as I knead the dough, and the sweet treat after the hard work brings me, and my family, a simple moment we can enjoy together.
