Comprehensive Understanding of OCD: Dive deep into the world of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Explore the various subtypes of OCD, such as Just Right OCD, Relationship OCD, Sexuality OCD, Harm OCD, Health OCD, Scrupulosity OCD, and more.

Core Principles of ERP: Explore the fundamental principles of ERP, a gold-standard treatment for anxiety disorders and OCD. Understand the theoretical underpinnings, evidence-based practices, and the role of exposure in dismantling anxiety.

Hands-On Skill Development: Participate in hands-on workshops and experiential exercises to master the art of conducting effective exposure exercises and response prevention strategies. Learn how to tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs.
