As a youth or young adult, you might find yourself dissatisfied with your current life situation, yearning for more but unsure of the path to take. Struggling with self-limiting beliefs that hinder your progress and hold you back from reaching your full potential. You might find yourself feeling stuck, indecisive, and lacking clarity and direction. Managing stress and achieving work/school-life balance can seem like a constant battle, impacting your overall well-being. You may feel stagnant, unmotivated, and want to improve your relationship with others and yourself. Perhaps setting and achieving meaningful goals is difficult. You lack time management and organization skills.
As a life coach, I aim to empower youth and young adults by assisting them in setting and achieving their goals, enhancing their personal development, and building skills that will benefit them in the present and future. My services are growth-oriented, client-centered, and non-directive. I promote and value empathy, autonomy, choice, and responsibility. My goal is to help youth and young adults build competencies and develop their own solutions in order to achieve success and satisfaction in different areas of their lives.
I will support you in unlocking your full potential, help you overcome obstacles, identify your passions, get clarity, and achieve your goals. You will feel empowered to move forward and take the necessary steps towards success. I offer support in a safe, warm, respectful, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space.

Tina is a certified Youth Resilience Coach (Youth Coaching Institute) and a graduate of the ClearBeing Soul Coach training. Starting her career as an elementary school teacher, she later transitioned to become a high school teacher, bringing her expertise to an older age group. Throughout her career, Tina has cultivated meaningful relationships with her students, recognizing the importance of their personal growth and well-being. With a genuine desire to see them thrive, she has chosen to expand her impact by becoming a Youth Resilience Life Coach, equipped with the skills and knowledge to guide, support, and empower teens and young adults on their journey to becoming their best selves.
