Initial Sessions

After your free consultation, we’ll schedule three intake sessions – one altogether and two individual sessions. These detailed sessions allow for a deeper understanding of your goals, wants, and needs both individually and as a couple.

Collaborative Treatment Plan

We’re here to provide continued, tailored support on your journey. Choose from in-person or online sessions; 30, 50, 75, or 90 minute sessions; and as frequently as you would like. Most couples notice relational improvements after a couple sessions.
