Initial Therapy Session

After your free consultation, we’ll schedule three intake sessions – one altogether and two individual sessions. These detailed sessions allow for a deeper understanding of your goals, wants, and needs both individually and as a couple.

Pick Your Therapeutic Path

We’re here to provide continued support on your journey. Choose from in-person or online 75-minute sessions as frequently as you would like. Many couples notice relational improvements after their first or second session.
